Ivan Elias is the Founder of Merrimack Digital located in Andover, MA. Merrimack Digital focus on working with local and regional small businesses, helping them navigate the complex world of digital advertising.

Upon graduating from Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes in 1992, Ivan attended Aviation Machinist Mate A-School in Millington, TN. In November 1992, he was stationed at VRC50 in Guam for two years. After his time in Guam, he spent 2 years at Naval Air Station, North Island with HSL-49 Anti-Submarine Squadron. He deployed on one WestPac in 1995 onboard the USS Curt’s. He was also part of the All-Navy Baseball team during his time in North Island.

After his enlistment ended in 1997, he attended Grossmont College earning an associate degree in Mathematics in 1999. He later transferred to UCLA where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Chicano Studies in 2001, and later in 2011, he earned an MBA from Texas A&M University Mays School of Business.

As a civilian, he’s spent 17-years in the digital advertising space having spent time at companies like Yahoo, AOL, Valassis, and Guarantee Digital.

In 2021 he opened Merrimack Digital to help local business owners navigate the digital ad space. He’s live in the Merrimack Valley since 2012, where he enjoys spending time with his daughter, dog, and camping across New England.

Northeast Promotion & Apparel

Charlene V. Van Cott is the Managing Partner for Northeast Promotion & Apparel (NEPA) located in Leominster, Massachusetts. NEPA focuses on customized apparel as well as promotional products.

Charlene’s military career began in 2012 upon graduation from Military Police One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. She has served in multiple junior enlisted and Noncommissioned Officer roles during her time in the United States Army Reserve. In 2019, Charlene attended the 68W Healthcare Specialist Course and was awarded the Combat Medic military occupational specialty.

Overseas assignments include 344th Military Police Company, Afghanistan National Detention Facility & Prison at Parwan, where she served as the Task Force Monitoring Visit Liaison during Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2020, Charlene deployed again to Afghanistan with the 402nd Forward Surgical Team serving as Senior Medic/Emergency Care Sergeant in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel.

Charlene received an associate degree-high honors in science from Quinsigamond Community College. Military schooling includes Military Police One Station Unit Training, Healthcare Specialist course, Warrior & Advanced Leader course, Mobilization Officer, and Unit Prevention Leader.

Her awards include: three Army Commendation Medals with C-Device, three Army Achievement Medals, Good Conduct Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with 2 Campaign Stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with M-Device and Numeral-2, NCO Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon and NATO Ribbon with 1 Campaign Star. Unit awards include the Joint Meritorious Unit Award.

Charlene’s civilian occupations have encompassed public safety in every aspect. In 2021, Charlene resigned from the Templeton Police Department after serving 15 years as a Reserve/Intermittent Police Officer and 911 Dispatcher for several police departments in the Commonwealth. She currently still performs duties as a Firefighter/Paramedic for Templeton Fire Department as well as a Paramedic Educator for several EMT/Paramedic programs.

A native of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Charlene currently resides in Baldwinville Massachusetts.
